I haven’t received my discount code—what should I do?
If you signed up for our email newsletter but haven’t yet received your discount code, please check your spam/junk folder—sometimes our email gets filtered there by mistake.
Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. If you still haven’t received it after this time, please reach out to us and we’ll send it to you manually.
Do you supply frames?
Unfortunately, we do not supply frames and do not offer a framing service.
We design and sell prints only—all of our prints are supplied unframed.
Which frames do you use in your product photos?
All of the images on our website are digital mockups, used for display purposes only. We’re not able to recommend specific frames or mounts.
However, we can recommend eFrame who have an extensive range of frames and mounts available on their website.
All of our customers receive a 15% discount code for use at eFrame, after placing an order with us.
What size frame do I need for my print?
All of our prints are standard international paper sizes (A5, A4, and A3).
Any frame & mount combination designed for the appropriate paper size should achieve a similar effect to the images used on our website.

If you select Frame & Mount, then Without printing, followed by the correct paper size (from the Popular artwork sizes), you can choose the appropriate orientation, frame & mount style for your needs.
