If you’d like us to add any custom text to this coaster, simply include your instructions in the ‘Personalisation instructions’ section before adding this product to your basket

We’ll send you a proof by email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to ensure you are happy with the design before engraving, and there’s no extra cost to you

Due to limited space, please keep custom text to a maximum of 3 lines, e.g. only names and dates, or a short message/quote, otherwise we may not be able to fit it all in!

Important: If you’d like to add the name of an event to your personalised design, please note that we are not able to include any registered trade marks for which we do not have permission from the trade mark owner

All of our 10 x 10cm slate coaster designs are carefully created using a precise laser-engraving machine

Please note: as slate is a natural material, the colour, texture, and size can vary from one coaster to another. The edges are not always uniform and there may be some minor scuffs or light scratches on the surface of your coaster—unfortunately, this is unavoidable when working with natural materials!

Slate coasters can be gently washed in warm water but please do not put in the dishwasher. Not suitable for microwave use

Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be dispatched within two working days (Mon-Fri)

UK Orders

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class—Special Delivery upgrade available at checkout

UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch (Special Delivery by the next working day)

For UK orders, all coasters are packed securely in padded envelopes, with additional packing materials to minimise any damage in transit

International Orders

Orders for delivery outside the UK are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked

Orders for delivery to European countries are usually delivered within 4-7 days after dispatch

For delivery to all other countries, please allow up to 14 days after dispatch

International orders are packed securely in padded envelopes, with additional packing materials to minimise any damage in transit
